Will Calito has been promoted from business development manager to head of sales.

In his new role, he will lead the firm’s sales function, help shape its commercial strategy and support the delivery of its ongoing growth plans.

Brian Kerr has been promoted from business development manager to senior business development manager.

Magnet has also hired Charlotte Bas as business development manager.

She joins from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward where she was lettings manager, and will now focus on new introducer relationships across the East and South East of England.
